How are jobs charged?
Every job is quoted in hours when you request it. Hourly work is billed at the hourly rate; credit-hour packs are drawn down instead.
How long are credit hours valid?
Credit hours are valid for 365 days from purchase.
Do you support stores you did not build?
Yes. We review the theme and apps first so estimates reflect how the store was built.
How much does Shopify support cost in Singapore?
SGD 150 per hour, or prepaid credit hours: 30 hours for SGD 3,375, 50 for SGD 4,875 and 100 for SGD 8,250. Credit hours are valid for 365 days and jobs are delivered in 3 to 5 working days.
What is the difference between your support and Shopify Support?
Shopify Support handles the platform: your plan and billing, payouts and platform issues. We handle work on your store: theme code, design changes, app setup, store fixes and content. If a request belongs with Shopify, we say so before quoting.
